We are happy to announce the immediate availability of TestRail 2.0! This version is a major update and introduces support for Unicode, a test case history, Active Directory integration and a lot more.

• Fixed: Incorrect default values are selected for text, steps and checkbox custom fields when adding a new custom field (Chrome only)

• Fixed: Text fields can only store up to 2^16 characters = 64KB (MySQL only)

Updating to the new version
As usual, you can update to the new version by installing it over your existing TestRail installation (there's no need to uninstall your existing installation). The database upgrade wizard is automatically started when you access TestRail with your web browser. Please see the update instructions for details:
